You will receive an invitation with a link to the online event within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding holidays). We usually send invitations on the day the order is paid.

REMEMBER to check the “SPAM” or “OFFERS” folder in your mailbox. The subject of the message will start with: “Invitation to an event…”

However, if you have not received the invitation, please contact us.

If for some reason you missed the live event, no worries. You have access to the recording for 30 days from the event date. After logging in to the website, you will find the recording on the event tab or in the “My account – Subscriptions” tab.

You will receive the participation certificate in a message to the e-mail address provided in the order. We send certificates within 3 business days.

If you have not received the email with the certificate, please check the “SPAM” folder in your email box. If you still do not have a certificate, please contact us.

You can register by clicking the “Register” button on the event card. After completing the registration form, you will receive a link to the event.

Recordings from free events are available to registered users. If you do not have an account on webinario.pl, just register.

After logging in to the website, you will find the recordings on the selected event tab or in the “My account – Subscriptions” tab.

Of course! A sales document is generated for each order. You will receive an invoice for the purchased services to the e-mail address provided in the order.
